The day of Meditation for Peace has been an annual event at Friends of the Heart since 1995. We use this event to gather meditation energy for peace in ourselves and in the world.

We will accept donations on behalf of charities that FOH has been supporting through this event for many years:
* 416 Drop-in Centre in Toronto, a centre for homeless women,
* Karma Tegchen Legshay Ling, a nunnery in Tibet,
* and the FoH bursary fund that supports students who need help with retreat costs.

Your kindness and generosity are greatly appreciated by these wonderful centres who share the goal of helping people to heal their hearts.
