It is also available in CD format for pick up at Friends of the Heart. Dakini Work Talk 1 -- Sept. 16, 2004 in mp3 (15MB - 54 minutes)
This talk by Catherine Jetsun Yeshe is on how our understanding or experience of emptiness affects the Vajrayogini teachings. Emptiness is explained as the matrix from which all perceived things arise. The deeper we enter into emptiness and mahumudra, the more we see how the play of mind works.
    Dakini Work Talk 2 -- Sept. 23, 2004 in mp3 (16MB - 1hr 5 min)
Here Catherine Jetsun Yeshe introduces us to the concept of dakinis and how they arise as powerful energies whose purpose is to help us awaken. She talks about the three kayas (layers of mind); Nirmanakaya in both ordinary and perfected form, Sambogakaya also in two layers, and Dharmakaya which is the level we begin to tap into with the experience of emptiness. Deity meditation arises from the Sambogakaya level.
    Dakini Work Talk 3 -- Sept. 30, 2004 in mp3 (20MB - 1hr 8 min)
Catherine Jetsun Yeshe explores how dakinis appear in the Sambogakaya layer of mind and then enter us through one or all sense doors as nirmanakaya. The different types of dakinis are discussed. The primary function of the dakini is to cut through the ego, which is the cause of all suffering. She is beyond gender but appears in gender form.
    Dakini Work Talk 4 -- Oct. 7, 2004
This talk is alas not available due to technical recording problems.

    Dakini Work Talk 5 -- Oct. 14, 2004 in mp3 (16MB - 57 minutes)
Catherine Jetsun Yeshe brings forward the tantric view that the female body is sacred and how this principle is embodied in the dakini work. The Vajrayogini work helps us to see the subtle energy channels within the body and helps us to understand how we can clear and create energy. The dakini work is important for transcendent purposes by clearing chakras and the central channel, enabling us to contact transcendent mind. Emphasized is the importance of foundation work and body work to prepare us for handling this energy.

If you wish to make a donation to Friends of the Heart or to Catherine Jetsun Yeshe, we have setup Paypal to receive payments for audio teachings, Netcasts and for other activities of Friends of the Heart. We prefer to work through paypal as it is time consuming for a volunteer organization to handle cheques and email credit card orders. You can use Paypal to make secure payments in your own currency. The Canadian dollar amount will be automatically converted for your credit card or bank account.
Please specify the purpose of the payment or donation. The drop down lists give you some options when you enter payment details on the initial Paypal window. If you are not a member, please give us your address, if you wish tax receipts for donations.
